My client is recruiting for several SC security Cleared testers. Owing to the immediate nature of the contract we are only able to consider candidates with full, valid SC clearance as a minimum.
Job spec as follows:
For various classifications of test environment and types of connectivity:
Implement Windows 2003 Server based solutions – hardware and software.
Implement Windows XP and Office 2003-based UAD (Desktop, Laptop and PDA) solutions – hardware and software.
Implement COTS products on servers to support the infrastructure.
For any implemented hardware and software, performing the following activities to timescales and constraints communicated by the team leader
Reviewing Requirements and Design Documents to determine the scope of testing.
Produce a Test Plan, scoping the testing to be performed at a high level.
Create Test Scripts, using Test Director, to implement that Test Plan.
Manually run/evidence such scripts.
Produce a Test Report, summarising the testing performed.
Participate in informal and formal reviews of the above. Support demonstrations and trials (in-house and on site). Note that Test Scripts will support either or both, as required, of confidence testing and evidencing against requirements.
Essential Skills: Strong testing (planning & execution) Windows 2003 Server. Windows XP SP2 & Office 2003. Mercury TestDirector/ QualityCenter.
Desirable skills: Knowledge of AD/GPOs/security clampdowns. Test Automation especially WINRUNNER/QTP. Defence Testing. |
