Our Client a leading Training, business change and coaching company, We are looking for permanent senior level IT training consultants to work closely with our team of trainers on a number of projects. The requirement covers a very client focused approach to work with and understand the learning outcomes and the early adoption of the technology change with very strong emphasis on the way the training is communicated throughout the clients users stakeholders and business managers, They use this model to assist companies take up and adopt MS Sharepoint and BMC remedy for server management
This communications medium can take the form of floorwalking, User sessions, roadshows, promotions with web casts within the customers own website or news intranet portal. Using their flexibility and enthusiasm to a solutions driven outcome for the client
Day to day duties:- Development of training plans and training material, Delivery of training as required, Development of communication plans, develop strong relationship management within the client base, Flexibility about location and role variation are key, Willing to grow and develop your knowledge on an ongoing basis, Creation and delivery of training in a variety of formats: classroom, 1 to1, virtual learning, Creation of supporting training materials in a variety of formats, Development and delivery of Train the trainer sessions
Written communications at all levels: stakeholders to end user, working and leading global projects within a corporate environment. Good documentation skills, Excellent knowledge of using to an advanced level and training delivery for MS Office Suite 2003 & 2007 suite and Microsoft SharePoint 2003 and 2007, If you have Remedy Action request system that is used within IT service management projects that would be great. |
