You will be providing 1st - 2nd line support to my client’s customer base via telephone, email and occasional site visits. You will have exposure to installation & configuration of Win 2000/2003, Exchange 2003, Microsoft ISA, Active Directory, good exposure to Linux & Security site software. You will have previous exposure to responding to agreed customer SLA’s and have previously visited customer sites in a post sales position.
