Test Analyst - Abingdon, Oxfordshire. I have an urgent requirement for a Test analyst to work out my client's Abingdon based office. You will need to have excellent testing skills including production of test scripts, test metrics and have good time management skills. The role will involve working as part of a team testing technical solutions for internal and external use, planning and delivering testing solutions with both manual and automated (Mercury test suite, QTP, Winrunner, Test Director, Quality Centre) test scripts and formal reporting. You will also assist the software engineers applying testing principles to the development methodology. You must be qualified to work in the UK to apply for this role! |

Web Tester - London. This role offers the opportunity to take the leading role with cutting edge technologies - Team System, Visual Studio 2005, ATLAS, AJAX, WebServices, On GREENFIELD projects where you will take the lead. You should have demonstrable experience of testing websites across various browsers(funtional & non-functional testing) of complex web sites, Business logic layer testing, data migration testing, Automated Test Tools QTP, WinRunner, Selinum, Rational - ability to write and execute test cases/scripts. A significant part of this role will be UAT testing so knowledge of Regression/Performance (Load, Stress, Scalabillity) testing is essential. Our client, a provider of SMART card technology require an experienced software tester to undertake full lifecycle testing of a Java, J2EE content management application, which links to an Oracle/ MySQL database. You will need to create and write manual test scripts and have experience in using automated test tools such as but not necessarily Winrunner and Loadrunner. This is an urgent contract to start next week - 2nd July 07 for 2 months. |
