Principal Test Analyst/Test Team Lead - Oxfordshire.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality software applications through utilising test and quality assurance partners as well as getting involved “hands on” by developing and executing formal test approach and end-to-end test plans where required. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution as well as involvement in recommending best practice in delivering effective Quality Assurance and Test activity.The quality of testing has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, product reliability and product performance. This particular role will be focused on the Sales & Business Integration delivery tower, which incorporates my clients applications such as the CRM system (Siebel), Business Intelligence systems (OBIEE) and ETL (Oracle Data Integrator) amongst others.

Individual Requirements (Unique technology and other requirements for this role)
* End-to-End Test Strategy skills from Requirements Testing through to Acceptance Testing
* Working alongside Offshore Test Functions, especially India based organisations
* Testing applications such as CRM (Siebel), Business Intelligence systems (such as OBIEE), ETL (such as Oracle Data Integrator) preferred
* Skills with Testing tools such as Quality Centre, LoadRunner, and automation tools such as QuickTest Professional, Selenium, Watir, or other open source test tools
* Understanding of Quality Assurance activities in the following areas would be extremely beneficial
* CRM (Siebel) extremely desirable
* Business Intelligence (OBIEE)
* ETL (Oracle Data Integrator)
