1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer, Manchester

My client provides services to SMEs across Lancashire and Yorkshire with their reputation ensuring you will always be busy. As the face of the business on client sites you will visit customers to deliver IT services and investigate opportunities for the company.
Due to internal promotions and rapid growth my client is looking for a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join their team based out of the Manchester office.

You will need to have Windows and Network support skills including:
- Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp
- Small Business Server (SBS) 2003/2008/2011
- Windows server 2003/2008
- Enterprise storage solutions – NetApp, EMC, HP
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, technical and troubleshooting skills

If you have exposure to the following this would benefit your application:
- Exchange
- Terminal Services
- VMware – vSphere, VDI
- SQL Server
- Backup Exec
- ITIL

Certifications such as an MCITP, CCNA or MCP would be preferable.

Salary is £17,000- £20,000
