Evolution are proud to have achieved 2nd place in The Sunday Times - 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2012!

Each year Best Companies and The Sunday Times celebrate the best small, mid-size and big workplaces in the UK. Employees within participating organisations are surveyed and businesses judged based on feedback directly from their teams.

Following the surveys, Best Companies then compile a list of the Top 100 companies in each size category. These businesses receive a Top 100 companies to work for award and are included in the Sunday Times lists.

The Evolution management would like to thank all of the team members who took the time to give their views, and for their positive feedback about the company. Further we would like to thank the team heads, whose constant engagement and support of their teams ensures, not only that the company continues to thrive but also that their team members enjoy and grow within their roles.
